Introduced in early 2023, the Diplomats program recruits COLONTOWN community members to spread the word about the education, support, and connection offered by our programs.
In its first year, more than 150 Derrière Diplomats put on their COLONTOWN shirts and delivered resources for newly diagnosed patients and their care teams at over 170 locations in the US and Canada. Who better to explain what makes COLONTOWN special than its members?
Looking ahead to 2026, we are excited to expand our outreach efforts to include direct medical provider outreach to areas without direct COLONTOWN member reach. Specifically engaging those communities that may be more rural or underserved.
