To kick off the giving season, I asked the members of COLONTOWN to reflect on what they’re most thankful for. Research says that showing acts of gratitude, or just simply saying out loud what makes you thankful can increase your happiness as well as that of others around you.
This year I am thankful for all the opportunities that came my way. Though my 2019 started out with some of the darkest times in my life, I am so grateful for how it is ending. I have had the opportunity to work for PALTOWN, travel the world, and meet some of my best friends!

Ann Eliot thinks the same-
“ I am thankful for my family, friends, and puppy dogs. I am also thankful for new adventures and experiences. Now, more than ever, I want to try new things and visit new places.”
Here is what COLONTOWN is thankful for:
CT is thankful for family
I am thankful for the support and love I have received from my family and friends. I am thankful for sunny days. One of my cats has appointed herself my guardian and can tell when I am having a rough day or evening. I am thankful for her purring at night that can help me sleep.

The giving season is an excellent way to show your gratitude and tell others what you are thankful for. Thank you to all who shared what they are thankful for!
